Welbeck Street Fitout

This project involves the design and fit out of 5000m² of office space at one of UBS Wealth Management's key buildings in London. UBS could effectively integrate its requirements into the existing building infrastructure.

The space is in a multi-tenanted building, so careful consideration was required. The office spaces were air-conditioned using four pipe fan coil units served with chilled water and LPHW from the landlord's systems. Liaison with the building manager enabled us to design new electrical switch panels and a new standby generator while ensuring minimum disruption to the building.
