Pipera City is a new large mixed used development in the affluent Pipera district of Bucharest
BCHF-UK was appointed as MEP design consultants for this prestigious mixed use development in the Romanian city of Bucharest. The development consists of approximately 900 apartments, two commercial office towers, residential shopping mall and two hotels.
BCHF-UK completed the infrastructure design for the site in early 2009 including the use of onsite borehole water supplies, new main HV electrical substations, basement jet fan system for smoke clearance, sitewide foul and stormwater drainage systems. BCHF-UK has also undertaken Dynamic Thermal modeling services for the residential tower glass atriums and facades.
